Water-Cooled Chillers
- Cooling Capacity: 1-20kW
Water-cooled chillers use water as the main heat exchange medium to remove heat from equipment and maintain stable operating temperatures. They use an external circulating water system to remove heat from the chiller, which optimizes the temperature around both the cooling system and the processing equipment, while also reducing energy consumption.
Applications
Water-cooled chillers are used in manufacturing processes that require strict temperature control, to help maintain stable operation and consistent product quality during continuous production, including the following applications:
- Semiconductor equipment
- Display screen production
- Chip packaging systems

Evaporator
It absorbs heat from the cooling fluid through refrigerant evaporation and reduces the fluid temperature before it returns to the chiller.

Compressor
It takes low-pressure refrigerant gas from the evaporator and compresses it into a high-pressure, high-temperature state, compresses it into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas, and sends it to the condenser.

Plate Heat Exchanger
Uses metal plates to separate two fluids with different temperatures and transfers heat from the hotter fluid to the colder one without mixing them.

Expansion Valve
It lowers the pressure of the high-pressure refrigerant liquid, turning it into a low-temperature, low-pressure mixture that enters the evaporator for evaporation and heat absorption.

Customization Notes: The material of the heat exchanger and sealing parts must be selected based on the cooling medium. The pump also needs to be customized according to the flow rate, viscosity, and pressure of the cooling medium.
- High Heat Exchange Efficiency
Water can transfer heat more effectively than air, to allow faster cooling and improved system performance in continuous operation. - Stable Operation in Different Conditions
Water-based cooling is less affected by ambient temperature, which helps maintain consistent performance even in complex industrial conditions.
