We operate a 4,680 m² production facility located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, China that is equipped with modern manufacturing and testing infrastructure. We focus on the R&D, production, sales, service, and spare parts supply of industrial cooling systems, with product capabilities covering cooling capacities from 300W to 275kW. These cooling solutions support precise temperature control requirements across multiple advanced intelligent equipment industries worldwide.

Our facility ensures every cooling system meets strict quality standards before shipment with our advanced R&D, assembly, and performance testing capabilities. Each chiller undergoes comprehensive testing for key parameters such as cooling performance, flow rate, pressure, and noise level to ensure reliable operation in demanding industrial environments. The digital production line enables a controlled production cycle of approximately 20 minutes per unit. Efficient production management and quality control is ensured with real-time process tracking and full integration with the ERP system.

PASSING THE TORCH maintains a reliable global supply chain through cooperation with recognized component suppliers, such as Hitachi from Japan, Schneider Electric from France, and Shin-Kong from Taiwan to name a few. The core components of our cooling systems are selected to support long-term equipment reliability. All of our process chillers feature separate layouts for power and control circuits that improves operational safety and supports reliable long-term operation to meet high requirements of international customers.

Industrial Chiller Production Line

The production line covers industrial chillers ranging from 300W to 275kW in cooling capacity. Equipment below 2.5kW can achieve a production cycle of approximately 20 minutes per unit for efficient manufacturing. Each production order is managed through a customized ERP system, while electronic identification records track the entire manufacturing process. Every production step follows standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for a strict quality control. It is also monitored through intelligent production displays for real-time management.

We follow strict R&D standards and conduct comprehensive performance testing for every cooling equipment before delivery. Advanced testing equipment is used to verify key performance indicators. Each cooling system is tested for essential parameters such as cooling capacity, flow rate, pressure, noise level, vibration value, and power consumption. These detailed inspections ensure that every unit meets the required performance standards before shipment.
