Air-Air Heat Exchanger
Air-air heat exchangers are used in sealed electrical and communication cabinets that need internal temperature control without opening the enclosure to outside air. As electrical components such as PLCs, frequency inverters, relays, drive systems, and communication modules work, they produce heat as a normal result of energy consumption, and this heat gradually builds up inside the sealed cabinet because there is no direct air exchange with the outside environment. Our air-air heat exchangers remove heat from inside the electrical cabinet and transfer it to the outside air through separate airflow paths, so the two air streams never mix. Internal temperature remains stable, and electrical components stay protected from dust, moisture, and sudden temperature changes, especially in environments that don't have normal ventilation.
Air-air heat exchangers are designed to remove heat from sealed electrical enclosures without mixing internal and external air streams, which helps maintain stable internal operating conditions. They are suitable for:
- Communication and control centers
- Small outdoor base stations
- Outdoor power supply cabinets
- Microwave and satellite ground stations
- Network management centers
- Computer rooms
- Electrical cabinets that need dust- and moisture-protected cooling

- Designed with an internal and external airflow separation structure to ensure that cabinet air and outside air never come into direct contact, transferring heat only through the heat exchange core
- Helps prevent moisture, oil mist, and dust from entering the enclosure, protecting internal electrical components from environmental contamination
- Low-noise operation during heat exchange, suitable for continuous industrial use in control and communication environments
