Enclosure Heat Exchanger
Enclosure heat exchangers are used for closed industrial electrical cabinets and communication cabinets that require heat removal without fresh air exchange. They transfer heat generated by internal electronic components such as PLCs, inverters, relays, drive systems, and communication modules, and keep the cabinet temperature and humidity within suitable levels. The sealed design prevents dust and moisture from entering the cabinet, meets heat dissipation requirements in closed environments, and avoids contamination issues caused by outside air cooling.
Applications
Enclosure heat exchangers are suitable for equipment cabinets and enclosed spaces that require heat control while keeping dust and contaminants away. Common applications include:
- Communication and control centers
- Small outdoor base stations
- Outdoor power cabinets
- Microwave and satellite ground stations
- Network management centers
- Computer rooms
- Power cabinets

- Enclosure heat exchangers separate internal cabinet air from external air during heat exchange, prevent oil mist, moisture, and contaminants from entering the cabinet, and protect internal components from damage.
- They operate with low noise during the heat exchange process, which is suitable for applications that need a quieter working environment.
